Present: E.H. Steinmetz, Mark Halverson, Jim Tracy, Robert Idso, Jerry Ibberson, Medea Myhra, Mike Myhra, Judy Cooper

1. President Idso called the meeting to order at 7:40 pm.
2. President’s Report: Bob had Kris Higginbotham make up address labels for the mailing list. The list was reviewed by members to update it for the next communication about the newsletter and to insure the members listed are in good standing. Newsletters will be sent electronically to members once a member’s e-mail address is provided, unless SKP is notified otherwise.
3. Treasurer’s Report: Mark provided a sum total of expenditures.
4. Gambling Manager’s Report: After all records and bank statements were looked at, expenditures determined, books completed, and final amounts tallied, it was determined that $11900 is in the gambling account, considering extra reimbursements expected. Exempt expenditures were determined to be $3300. Mark moved that $3300 go to SKP for allowable expenditures, $500 to Rock Bend, $500 to KMSU, and the balance to The Friends. Jim seconded. Carried. The form for the Gambling Termination Plan will be filled out and mailed by Eric and Bob.
5. Old business: Mark found someone (Mike Tucker, website: www.friartuck’slandscaping.com) to rebuild the stone wall, and replace whole wall. Quote of $16,500. Motion made by Jim to send the bid to The Friends for their consideration. Judy seconded. Carried.
6. New business: Bob moved to adjourn. Mark seconded. Carried.

Next quarterly meeting will be Thursday, March 24, 2005.
Annual meeting will be Tuesday, July 12, 2005.
